The Walking Dead was a landmark Secret Lair collaboration with AMC's The Walking Dead that introduced five brand-new, mechanically unique cards based on characters from the television series. Rather than using reprints, the drop created new legendary creatures specifically for the crossover, along with five different Walker tokens and a Treasure token featuring characters and imagery from the show. The cards were designed primarily for Commander and were not Standard-legal, making the drop an important early example of Secret Lair's transition into licensed crossover products.
