Extra Life 2021 was a charity-focused Secret Lair drop created in partnership with Extra Life, with 50% of each purchase donated to support Seattle Children's Hospital's Autism Center. The drop featured artwork created by young artists alongside professional reinterpretations by Lars Grant-West, Chris Rahn, and Magali Villeneuve, with two versions of each featured card included. The children's original drawings and the professional recreations were paired with flavor text inspired by conversations with the young artists, giving the release a uniquely personal and playful presentation while supporting a charitable cause.
