Kamigawa: the Manga: the Cards was a five-card Secret Lair drop featuring artwork taken directly from the official Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty manga, illustrated by RIYOU KAMEI. The release brought scenes and visual elements from the manga onto Magic cards, creating a direct connection between the game's card set and its accompanying manga story. The drop stood out as a crossover between Magic's card game and manga storytelling, giving collectors a way to bring the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty manga aesthetic into their decks and collections.
Search target opponent's library for a card and exile it face down. Then that player shuffles. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled.
Draw a card if an opponent has cast a blue or black spell this turn. Spells you control can't be countered this turn. You and permanents you control gain hexproof from blue and from black until end of turn. (You and they can't be the targets of blue or black spells or abilities your opponents control.)
