Showcase: Murders at Karlov Manor presented a collection of cards as classified evidence from a criminal investigation, using the dossier-style showcase frame to reinforce the theme. Gritty artwork by Peter Diamond, David Robert Hovey, Ivan Shavrin, and Alex Stone gave the drop the feel of an assembled case file, turning the cards into artifacts from a larger mystery. The investigative presentation made it a particularly distinctive take on the Murders at Karlov Manor setting.
The total value includes bonus cards only if all are guaranteed to be included.

Secret Lair Cards
Anowon, the Ruin Thief
Other Rogues you control get +1/+1.
Whenever one or more Rogues you control deal combat damage to a player, that player mills a card for each 1 damage dealt to them. If the player mills at least one creature card this way, you draw a card. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)
Deathtouch
When Gonti enters, look at the top four cards of target opponent's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a random order. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.
Grenzo enters with X +1/+1 counters on it.
{2}: Put the bottom card of your library into your graveyard. If it's a creature card with power less than or equal to Grenzo's power, put it onto the battlefield.
Given the rarity and limited information on some bonus cards, this may not be a complete list of all potential bonus cards available in this Secret Lair.
Elvish Vanguard
Whenever another Elf enters, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.
When this creature enters, you may search your library for a creature card with mana value 6 or greater, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
When this creature enters, support 2. (Put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two other target creatures.)
Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature you don't control, draw a card.
This creature has hexproof as long as it's untapped. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
{T}: Add one mana of any color.
When this creature enters, choose one —
• Each opponent loses X life, where X is the greatest number of creatures you control that have a creature type in common.
• You gain X life, where X is the greatest number of creatures you control that have a creature type in common.
