Outlaw Anthology Vol. 1: Rebellious Renegades introduced the pulp magazine-inspired style of the Outlaw Anthology series, depicting a cast of dangerous outlaws from the world of Thunder Junction. Artwork by Miguel Mercado, Stephen Andrade, David Robert Hovey, Aaron J. Riley, and Scott Okumura gave the drop a gritty, serialized Western aesthetic. As the first volume in the anthology, it established the visual style later continued by Sinister Scoundrels.
The total value includes bonus cards only if all are guaranteed to be included.

Secret Lair Cards
Grenzo, Havoc Raiser
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, choose one —
• Goad target creature that player controls.
• Exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may cast that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
+3: Destroy target noncreature permanent.
−2: Gain control of target creature.
−9: Nicol Bolas deals 7 damage to target player or planeswalker. That player or that planeswalker's controller discards seven cards, then sacrifices seven permanents of their choice.
+1: Untap up to two target artifacts.
−X: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
−5: Artifacts you control become artifact creatures with base power and toughness 5/5 until end of turn.
Given the rarity and limited information on some bonus cards, this may not be a complete list of all potential bonus cards available in this Secret Lair.
