Showcase: Outlaws of Thunder Junction expanded the showcase treatment from Outlaws of Thunder Junction to cards that had never appeared on the plane before. The drop gave each card a dangerous, outlaw-themed presentation, with artwork by Cabrol, Dibujante Nocturno, Massiveface, and Michael Walsh. Its use of an established Thunder Junction treatment on characters from outside the set made it a distinctive extension of the plane's visual identity.
