The Strange Sands: Plains was the second release in Secret Lair’s Chaos Vault, experimenting with an unusual way of selling basic lands by separating an entire cycle into individual drops. Each release contained ten copies of a single basic land, allowing players to choose their preferred artwork rather than purchasing the full cycle. Scott Balmer illustrated the lands with surreal, otherworldly scenes that gave the Plains a distinctly unusual interpretation of a familiar card type.
Given the rarity and limited information on some bonus cards, this may not be a complete list of all potential bonus cards available in this Secret Lair.
Poison-Tip Archer
Reach (This creature can block creatures with flying.)
Deathtouch (Any amount of damage this deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.)
Whenever another creature dies, each opponent loses 1 life.
