Artist Series: Véronique Meignaud marked the artist’s return to Magic with a collection centered on sacrifice, transformation, and the pursuit of power. The artwork followed a dark progression from a warrior rising for another battle to a vampire abandoning its mortal limits, alongside imagery of ritual offerings and a stronghold concealing power beneath the surface. Its connected themes of blood, death, and rebirth gave the four-card series the feel of a single unfolding descent into darkness.
