Secret Lair x The Hobbit: Smaug's Spoils focused on the legendary treasure hoard of Erebor and the dragon who guarded it. Artwork by David Astruga, Brandon L. Hunt, and Gaboleps filled the collection with gold, gems, crowns, rings, and ancient relics, presenting the treasure as an extension of Smaug’s immense pride and power. Its concentrated depiction of Erebor’s hoard gave the release a rich visual identity and made it a natural collectible for fans of The Hobbit’s legendary dragon.
